Focus area for the role of a Customer Technology Advisor Mainframe will be to define and implement mainframe modernization strategies of our customer's mainframe application portfolios aiming at a future-proof, performing and cost-efficient IT technology stack.

Your exceptional customer facing skills, combined with your articulate communication style and interpersonal finesse, will enable you to effortlessly convey the benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also take the lead in coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. Moreover, you will actively build and nurture relationships with our external alliance partners, fostering a collaborative environment where joint solutions are co-created.

Required Skills and Experience

•Deep domain knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions in mainframe area

•Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions

•Prior consultative selling experience

•Externally recognized as an expert in the technology and/or solutioning areas, including technical certifications supporting subdomain focus area(s) including: Mainframe; Cloud; Application and Data Platforms; Security and Resiliency

Preferred Skills and Experience

•Bachelor's degree or Master's degree

•10 years of experience (minimum) selling technical services for multi-industry customers

The minimum yearly salary suitable for this full-time role as a Customer Technology Advisor is €82,600. Your actual salary will be discussed in a personal interview, taking into account your professional experience as well as qualifications and educational background.
