Project Manager - Safety Critical Software Development (f/m/x)

As part of the train control product development team, you are responsible for the technical project management of the development and integration of these components for new versions of track side solutions. With your technical knowledge of complex and safety critical systems and your expertise in managing challenging projects and bringing them to a successful conclusion, you are the right person for this position. Your CHALLENGE

Technical project management and coordination of the development of our new virtualized interlocking solutions.
Coordinating and leading a distributed development team of 10 people.
Managing project with respect to project milestones, scope and budget.
Manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans and escalate to appropriate stakeholders as necessary.
Communication and reporting of status and critical issues in a short and concise format.
Working in an international team and in cooperation with other business line units.
Working in the area of safety critical systems.
Contributing to a large integration project.

Your PROFILE

Technical education, preferably Master studies in Computer Science or similar.
Minimum 3 years experience with technical project management with a focus of SW resp. SW/HW engineering projects.
Knowledge of safety critical systems or experience in railway domain is an advantage.
Positive attitude and persistence are key to succeed in this role.
Competitive mindset, strong desire to achieve.
Knowledge of project management tools.
Excellent level of German and good level of English.
Experience in Software Integration.

The salary for this position starts at € 70.000 gross p.a. Actual compensation is based on experience and qualification.

Flexible working hours and, depending on the position, up to 60% home office.
