Architecture

• Collecting and arranging technical data, preparing drawings, plans and documents for diverse global projects, with focus on fit-out projects within existing buildings
• Designing architectural and engineering plans, preparing specifications
• Seeking input, interacting with various field's professionals
• Monitoring the work of local engineers, providing guidance to general contractor or subcontractors during construction phase, supervising (remotely) workers engaged in executing layout designs
• Networking and consulting with various industry professionals

Project Management

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Preparing projects' time schedules, budgets and technical documentation

• Meeting cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions
• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets

Real Estate

• Interacting with different departments and various field's professionals
• Preparing documents, reports, presentations and proposals to the CEO
• Participating in developing and maintaining standards and requirements of CornerstoneONE

Education
Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering

Experience

• Min. 5 years of practice as an architect
• The candidate should have hands-on understanding of the construction process, not limited to conceptual or design work. Experience in construction supervision, as well as in the preparation of Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings and related documentation, is strongly preferred.
• Any Real Estate experience is a plus

Working place
You will be either fully or partly home office based or/and office based in the office of PSI CRO. LTD. You will be integrated into the PSI team locally as a guest and will be able to take part in individual team events, but your tasks, everyday communication and line functions will be those of CornerstoneONE.

Salary
The minimum monthly salary will be according to the collective agreement. A significant overpayment is possible based on experience
