YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development of firmware and software for aerosol and particle measurement devices (microcontroller, embedded Linux, FPGA, CoM/SoM)
Software requirements management with product management and the development team over the entire product life cycle
Design and implementation of automated unit, integration and device tests
Maintenance and expansion of the DevOps system and release management
Continuous improvement of software quality and security

YOUR PROFILE:

Completed technical studies (University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) with a focus on computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in the development of firmware and software
Sound knowledge of C and C++ languages as well as embedded Linux development (Yocto knowledge an advantage)
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Artifactory, Xray and SonarCube desirable
Several years of experience in the development of mechatronic systems and measuring devices (knowledge of electronics desirable)
Knowledge of object-oriented programming including software design patterns and best practices
Good knowledge of English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €61.000,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
