As Senior Solution Architect (f/m/d), you will be spearheading the effective implementation, customization, and optimization of our CRM solution (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) to meet the organization's strategic goals.

What You Will Work On

You will drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions in a cross-functional scrum team. You will mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
You will architect scalable and maintainable software solutions strongly emphasizing the .NET ecosystem and Azure cloud.
You will collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
You will provide architectural guidance and best practices for developing and integrating with Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform.
You will ensure software solutions align with industry standards, best practices, and the organization's architectural guidelines and strategy.

What You Bring With You

Proven experience in software solution architecture, with a strong focus on .NET, C#, and modern development practices. Knowledge of TypeScript and its application in front-end frameworks will also be appreciated.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a software development team in an agile/scrum environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset for balancing short-term needs and long-term technical goals.
Solid understanding of CRM systems, with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 being highly desirable.
