Aufgaben

As an RM & EDA Infrastructure Specialist, you will develop and maintain our Requirement Management (RM) platform (currently Codebeamer), support integration workflows, and contribute to shaping the Unix based EDA environment used across R&D for chip-design. You combine a developer mindset with solid infrastructure understanding and help engineering teams work efficiently with our toolchain.

Configure and enhance RM trackers, workflows, permissions, and templates
Support RM integrations with Jira, Git, Jenkins, and CAD/EDA tool environments
Ensure RM governance, data quality, and platform reliability
Develop automation solutions and scripts (REST API, Python, Bash)
Collaborate with IT to evolve the Unix based EDA infrastructure
Provide support and create training materials for engineering teams

Profil

5+ years of relevant professional experience with a finished degree in a technical field (eg physics, informatics, electrical engineering , )
Experience in regulated industries (semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, )
Experience with RM platforms (Codebeamer preferred)
Understanding of R&D needs and EDA tool environments
Solid Unix/Linux skills (shell scripting, environment configuration)
Hands on experience with software-development, automation and API based integrations
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Mandatory English language skills with additional German as a plus
